The 100 Days That Change Everything

Stop Guessing.
Start Preparing.

The 100 days before conception are the most important days most people never prepare for. The egg you ovulate next month started developing today. So did the sperm that will meet it. What you eat, what you supplement, how you sleep and manage stress right now, all of it is shaping the outcome. Most people don't find out until it's too late to use that window.
You found out in time. Here's what to do with it.

IS THIS FOR YOU?

You want to do everything you can, you just need to know what that looks like.

Maybe you've just started trying. Maybe you've been trying for a while. Maybe you're on the waitlist for IVF or IUI and want to use this window intentionally. Wherever you are, you're here because you want answers, not generic advice.

You're not confused because you're not trying hard enough.

You're confused because the information is everywhere and none of it is organised into a plan.

Sound familiar?

âś“ You've changed your diet but you're not sure if you're doing it right

âś“ You're taking supplements but you don't know if they're the right ones, the right form, or the right dose

âś“ You've been told to "just relax and wait" and that's not good enough for you

âś“ You're tracking your cycle but still not confident you're catching your fertile window

âś“ You're preparing for IVF or IUI and want to do everything possible to improve your odds

âś“ You have PCOS, irregular cycles, or insulin resistance and nobody has given you a clear action plan

âś“ You want answers grounded in actual research, not Google, not forums, not guesswork

The 100 days before conception matter more than most people know.

Eggs and sperm take approximately 100 days to mature. What you eat, how you sleep, what you supplement, and how you manage stress during that window directly affects egg quality, sperm quality, and the health of an early pregnancy.

The research is clear:

Diet + IVF

What You Eat Changes Your Odds A Mediterranean-style preconception diet is associated with a 40% increase in IVF pregnancy rates in people with PCOS and improved embryo development more broadly.

Lifestyle + Ovulatory Infertility

Small Changes, Significant Results Diet and lifestyle changes together have been linked to a 69% reduction in ovulatory infertility.

Supplementation

The Right Supplement Can Help. The Wrong One Won't. Targeted supplementation can improve egg quality, IVF response, and early pregnancy outcomes but only if you're taking the right things, in the right forms, at the right doses.

Stress

Stress Isn't Just in Your Head, It's in Your Hormones Women with the highest stress markers were 29% less likely to conceive in a given year and we have evidence-based tools to address it.

The problem isn't that information doesn't exist. It's that there's too much of it, most of it is conflicting, and almost none of it is personalised.
